Croissant Sandwich

Lunch is a croissant with the TJ's cilantro and jalapeno hummus and red pepper spread on each side and sliced Persian cucumbers, Roma tomatoes with pepper, and havarti cheese between. Heaven!

Went to Trader Joes today. I only go when I run out of their stuffed grape leaves. As always, I came home with several bottles of wine, too many snackables, fresh veg, and assorted goodies. Among them was the cilantro and jalapeno hummus and a jar of red pepper spread. Already had the dessert, thin pretzels dipped in dark chocolate.
