Quiche Casserole
I'm calling it a quiche casserole because it doesn't have a crust, but has all the other quiche ingredients, and it was made in a medium size casserole dish.
Soy sausage, red bell pepper, chopped tomatoes, Swiss cheese, spinach, and sauteed onions with eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and an Italian spice blend.
