Nantahala National Forest

The winding roads had limited areas to pull off. Sometimes when traveling the 25 mph speed limit on the narrow roads, it was far too tempting to sneak in a photo. Above, the car mirror is seen in the photo. The remaining photos were taken when parked. Below: there were numerous roadside waterfalls. Fortunately these were across the road from a scenic overlook lay-by.
