When will it be our turn?

Saw this headline on The Guardian today. It left me asking, "When will it be safe to be a woman?" I know it won't be safe under this administration. Women are more at risk than ever before. The manosphere has created a misogynist haven that spreads hate of women, indoctrinating more men every day. Feminism, the simple belief that women and men are equal, is constantly demonized. Violence against women is not only increasing, it is being ignored. Worst of all, the country has a rapist and serial sexual predator as President. And his cohorts share not only his woman hating beliefs, many are sexual predators and sex pests themselves. Women have fewer safe medical options than in the past 50 years. There are serious discussions about removing women's rights to vote and minimizing opportunities for women in the work place. When will it ever be safe to be a woman?
