Trader Joes sourced, Panera inspired sandwich with Kroger croissants

Clearing out the files today I came across this old sandwich combo. Though the dairy is now verboten, I think I can manage to work around its absence.

Went to Trader Joes today. I only go when I run out of their stuffed grape leaves. As always, I came home with several bottles of wine, too many snackables, fresh veg, and assorted goodies. Among them was the cilantro and jalapeno hummus and a jar of red pepper spread. Lunch is a croissant with the hummus and red pepper spread on each side and sliced Persian cucumbers, Roma tomatoes with pepper, and havarti cheese between. Heaven! Already had the dessert, thin pretzels dipped in dark chocolate.
