Let me get this straight, Trump controls The Executive Branch, The Legislative Branch, and US Supreme Court and you can't pass a budget. Oh, that pesky little 60 vote rule in the Senate. When it came to appointing the SCOTUS Justices, Republicans conveniently did away with that 60 vote rule. Seems if you really wanted to own the Dems, you'd do this to pass the budget. Fact is, Republicans don't want to own responsibilty for ripping away healthcare from millions of Americans which is what's in this spending bill.
