Van Gogh and sunflowers

My earliest museum visits were in Europe and a museum in Holland with Van Gogh paintings made a life long impression upon me. I also suspect my obsession with gold frames came from those visits.

A sunflower was in a bouquet of flowers I received last week. Even in death, there is a beauty to sunflowers.
