I remember the Tea Party wing of Republicanism. I remember Newt Gingrich, former Speaker of the House. They were the ones that pushed for entrepreneurship, small business ownership, people stepping out and working for themselves. One of the things that made doing this possible for many people was the creation of Obamacare. Knowing that they could get health insurance through the ACA Marketplace, and not have to stay with an employer because of an employer sponsored insurance program, many decided to start their own businesses.

Now that the Republicans refuse to negotiate the Big Budget Busting Bill, Obamacare premiums are slated to rise to unmanageable amounts. Ironic that the Party which promoted small business is now so dedicated to big business that small business owners will suffer.
